Eligibility for Returns

 

  • Returns are accepted for items with a manufacturing defect or damage

  • Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

 


Proof of Fault

 

  • Clear photographic evidence of the issue is required

  • Please email images along with your order details

Resolution

Once approved, we will offer:

 

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund (at our discretion)

 


Non-Returnable Items

 

  • Items that show signs of wear or use

  • Incorrect size selection

  • General wear and tear from normal use
